Since 2019
Our story begins in 1988, with my father, Ajith, who started Ajith Safari Jeep Service with a deep passion for wildlife and nature. For decades, he guided travellers through Sri Lanka’s national parks, building a reputation for honesty, experience, and respect for animals.
Growing up alongside him, I (Ashan) was inspired by his love for the wild—especially elephants. From a young age, I learned not just how to drive through the park, but how to truly understand and respect nature. In 2015, I proudly continued this journey by creating Ethical Safari Adventure by Ashan, bringing a new vision while carrying forward my father’s legacy. Our focus is on providing responsible, eco-friendly, and unforgettable safari experiences for travelers from around the world. Today, we combine years of family experience with modern, professional service. Every safari is guided with care, patience, and deep knowledge of wildlife, ensuring guests enjoy authentic and respectful encounters with animals in their natural habitat. For us, this is more than a business—it is a family tradition, a passion, and a promise to protect and share the beauty of Sri Lanka’s wildlife with every guest.
